Help others?

How one can help others?

I believed that I am helping if I do something to others. It is my work? I doubt

May be someone is working on me to work for others. Is it my work then?

So help others but it is not done by me. I am only a machine executing the orders. So once that command is taken from me I am a machine in idle. waiting for instruction or commands.

So I think then it is not right to say" help others". It is like we take food walk,breathe. We do help sometimes. Nothing great in helping others as it is only executing of orders.

I might make an attempt to help myself.That is all possible
